Cavity Drain Membranes

The majority of substructure waterproofing systems (Tanking) is carried out using our BBA Approved range of Cavity Drain Membranes (CDM) which allows ground water to enter behind the membrane which is directed via a drainage system into a sump chamber containing an automatic submersible pump or into a conventional drainage system, were it is to be discharged.

Our experienced Surveyors are fully qualified holding the nationally recognized Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing (CSSW) qualifications, and will treat any below ground structure individually and thus design a waterproofing system bespoke to the dwelling and customers’ needs, but always taking into account compliance with BS8102 2009 code of practice for protection of below ground structures against water from the ground.
