Our Surveyors undergo thorough training and examination from The British Wood Preserving & Damp Proofing Association, and the Institute of Wood Science in order to gain the Institute Of Wood Science recognised qualification CSRT (Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatment) which unify the CRDS and CTIS examinations, prostate this being a requisite for them to perform their duties effectively and efficiently at all times.
Surveyors involved with the design of Structural Basement Waterproofing Systems are trained by The School of Waterproofing and hold the recognised qualification CSSW (Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing).
This enables our Surveyors to provide detailed reports and specifications for Commercial Basement/Cellar Conversion Design, New Build Basement Waterproofing Design, Tanking Failure Analysis, Bio-deterioration of Structural Timbers by Fungi and Wood Boring Beetles, Rising/Penetrating Dampness and Condensation.
